Conclusion
Both devices are pretty neck and neck, though the Galaxy S4 seems to beat the HTC One in many of the categories, but not by much. We’ll have to do more camera tests, but right now it looks like the GS4 and HTC One are pretty neck and neck, where it matters, though the S4 does have a slightly larger screen. We don’t have a category for build materials, but the One has an aluminum unibody, while the S4 has a polycarbonate (plastic) build, which is excessively light. Both phones are quite comfortable to hold. Since both will be available on all four major carriers (we’re not quite sure on the One’s status on Verizon), it will be a tight race. However, if history is any indication, HTC should be frightened. And, you know what, we think it might be. Earlier today, HTC reps were giving hot cocoa and Pringles to journalists in line to see the S4, showing them the HTC One.

The Samsung Galaxy S4 is Samsung’s new flagship Android smartphone, and we have all the details on the Samsung Galaxy S4 specifications as well as the new features that have been introduced with the launch of this new smartphone.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 specifications include a 5 inch full HD Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels at 441 pixels per inch, processing comes in the form of different processors by region.
The US version of the Samsung Galaxy S4 will come with a quad core Qualcomm processorwith a clock speed of 1.9GHz, the international version of the Samsung Galaxy S4 will come with a 8 core Samsung Exynos 5 Octa processor with a clock speed of 1.6GHz,the handset also comes with 2GB of RAM.

Samsung Smart Pause’ enables you to control the screen by where you look. When you are watching a video, the video pauses when you look away then it starts right up again when you are back. ‘Samsung Smart Scroll’ allows you to scroll the browser or emails up and down without touching the screen. It recognizes your face looking at the screen and movement of your wrist and then scroll the pages up or down accordingly.
‘Air View’ allows users to hover with their fingers to preview the content of an email, S Planner, image gallery or video without having to open it. You can even see a magnified view on the internet browser, or a phone number saved in the speed dial on the keypad. With ‘Air Gesture’, you can change the music track, scroll up and down a web page, or accept a call with a wave of your hand.
With ‘S Voice™ Drive’ you can activate commands via voice control for optimization when driving. Once connected with a car Bluetooth, the phone automatically turns into driving mode converting text to speech so you can easily and safely check messages with no need to look at the screen.
‘Samsung Optical Reader’ makes life yet more effortless, by automatically recognizing text, a business card or QR code information, and providing useful functions such as translation, call, text message and search.
At home, using ‘Samsung Watch ON’, the GALAXY S 4 will transform into an IR remote to control your home entertainment system including TV, set-top box, DVD player and even air conditioner. It certainly sounds like a very impressive smartphone from the specifications and the new features, we suspect that Samsung will have another hit on their hands with the Samsung Galaxy S4.

Samsung Galaxy S IV is finally here.Samsung launched its Galaxy IV on 14th march,2013 ,which crams a 5-inch screen into body slightly smaller than the S III's, will go sale starting April.
The expected price is $200 with a two-year contract in the U.S. That's comparable to the iPhone 5.
The executive in charge of Samsung's mobile communications division, promised the money would be well spent for a "life companion" that will "improve the way most people live every day."
That bold promise set the tone for the kind of flashy presentation associated with the showmanship of Apple, the company that Samsung has been trying to upstage. Apple contends Samsung has been trying to do it by stealing its ideas - an allegation has triggered bitter courtroom battles around the world.
The screen of galaxy s IV is 56 percent larger than the iPhone's.
Apart from the larger screen and upgraded processor, the S 4 has a battery that's 20 percent larger than that of the S III. Samsung didn't say if that translates into a longer battery life - the added capacity might be gobbled up by the bigger screen or other internal changes.
The S 4 comes with a built-in infra-red diode, so it can control an entertainment center as a universal remote. This is a feature that has showed up in Android tablets before.
The S 4 comes with several new technologies intended to help users interact with the phone. For instance, the screen now senses fingers hovering just above the screen, and some applications react. The Mail application shows the first few lines of an email when a finger hovers above it in the list, and the Gallery application shows an expanded thumbnail.
Users can control some other applications by making gestures in the air above the phone. In the browser, you can command the screen to scroll up by swiping from top to bottom a few inches from the phone.
The Camera application can now use both the front and rear cameras simultaneously, inserting a small picture of the user even as he's capturing the scene in front of him.
When several S 4s are in close proximity, they can link up to play the same music, simultaneously - perfect for headphone dance parties.
The Galaxy 4 S also will include a tool that enables users to create a dividing line so part of the phone is devoted exclusively to work while the other part is filled with personal information and photos. The feature is similar to a function on the latest BlackBerry - an indication that Samsung is going after other smartphone makers besides Apple with its latest model.
